BreWii was by far the best at unlocking our Wii system. They've made it extremely easy, and their instructions are set up so that even a non - Techy type of person could easily do it.  The instructions are laid out in an easy step-by-step process, plus they provide you w/ access to Hi-Def videos to follow along with. And, even though we never needed it, their tech support answered our emails right away.

MyHomeBreware was also very good at unlocking our Wii System. The instructions and videos made it easy to follow along. There were a few places where the instructions were out-dated, but it was easy enough to figure out. Their email support was a bit slow, but overall, it's a good website.

HomebreWare - The instructions for this one were somewhat hard to understand. And this one also had some outdated instructions as well. We did contact Customer support, but never received an email reply. The software did work, but it took us a lot of work, and help from other websites.
